Why were the Friday increases worse then last Friday when more people were out of school and off on Friday it doesn’t make any sense

So now all of a sudden movies aren’t going to jump over 100 percent on Good Friday like they always have

The weird thing is though that they announced like three movies that were going to theaters after the whole roadhouse situation the one with George Clooney and Brad Pitt, the one with Channing Tatum and scarlet Johansson and the one with Chris Evan’s and Dwayne Johnson -
What happened to Amazon putting 13 movies a year in theaters and why are they so selective on which ones go to theaters the account 2 and a simple favor 2 going to streaming makes no sense whatsoever it’s like lionsgate is scared to put a simple favor 2 in theaters because they don’t want to market although it’s already been proven multiple times that if movies go to theaters first they will do better on streaming

Arthur the king only dropped about 50 percent from its true Friday last week and they’re expecting it to drop about 50 percent this weekend that doesn’t really make sense

@filmlover I know but dog films usually tend to do well in the us at least but it could be that Lionsgate just dumped it and people are not interested at all in it and also ghostbusters is taking a lot of the family audience so that could have something to do with it

I mean we just had an original r-rated action film make over 100 million worldwide so it’s not that people just refuse to see smaller original films

There have been small original films that have done well it just depends on what appeals to people and what doesn’t I guess Arthur the king is not appealing to people it just looks like a generic dog movie
