  1. Cons: spelt pandora correctly spelt brilliant correctly actually wrote 'domestic' in full didn't add 'for the ages' anywhere spelt silly correctly Pros: mentioned random story which has nothing to do with topic ranges are wide enough mentioned the infamous dean
  2. Nowhere near enough spelling mistakes and your sentences are too coherent. I give you....a B-.
  3. You'll see the light...in time. This thread is pretty awesome. It has villains, minions, bad spelling, alternate realities....it's like a Republican fundraiser convention
  4. See everyone. If you agree with me it brings nothing but joy. Now, if we could work on your love for Transformer and Twilight movies, you would have this feeling more often.
  5. Well I'm convinced. Avatar 2 will collect between $400m-$1.2bn domestic. Now, when will we see a poster? What will be the hook this time?
  6. No it won't, Kal. It won't. Avatar will be no. 2 domestic and might lose its WW throne. GET THE FUCK OVER IT!
  7. Kal = http://media3.s-nbcnews.com/j/newscms/2015_33/1165401/150810-donald-trump-debate-743a_ded2a0af932f2c2332757273ea911da2.nbcnews-fp-1200-800.jpg
  8. If Avatar 2 made $400M domestic, that would be fantastic. It should pass $1bn WW but it won't come close to the originals gross.
  9. Kal's downfall was Superman Returns vs Dead Man's Chest. That was the stuff of legend and his meltdown was insane...nothing but terrible grammar and threats.
  10. The truth. It's not very memorable. I'd say the same for a lot of these latest blockbusters.
  11. But SW7 WILL beat both those movies WW. It will be over $1bn WW by Sunday, at the latest. Avatar 2 will drop WW and DOM. The 3D hook isn't there anymore and the film has not aged well at all.
  12. LOL. A kal breakdown is the greatest christmas present. Avatar is toast. This movie is going to end closer to $1 billion. Now, I personally think the movie is a 3/5 (same with Avatar) but its clearly a big hit with audiences.
  13. Rey wasn't a bad character, just her development was so fast it actually didn't help me warm to her. She came across a little too perfect. She was pretty much a Jedi by the end of the movie (something I always thought was meant to be difficult).
  14. I enjoyed it. I'll be the first to admit, I am not a Star Wars fan. I don't mind the movies but they have not been anything I'd revisit. I felt this movie would have been more enjoyable if I was a big Star Wars fan, as it really played well to nostalgia. The story was pretty predictable and basic but was a load of fun. I enjoyed the two new leads but I felt Rey was a bit weak, mainly due to Daisy's acting being quite average. The first half of the movie is miles better than the second half. I'd give this a 7.5/10 Good but not great. Here is to a stronger sequel which can build its own lore rather than just live of the nostalgia of the past.
  15. I have entered the thread and given my stamp of approval. Let the numbers games, begin. Who will be the first to say 'it did what it could, it was you fanboys over predicting that has caused you to be disappointed'? Or 'This could make $800m domestic after that number' or ' I haven't seen a better Sunday hold since TDK' ? Who will try and down play it's success? Who will say BvS will take away it's OW record? Who will predict $350m OW for episode 8? Who will be first to say episode 8 will drop of by 30+%? Who will be first to over react when Monday numbers come in? All questions that will be answered in the next few days
  16. WOW. Actually, its not that shocking. MJ2 was not getting the hype of previous installments, add the depressing nature of the movie and above average reviews and you have a mild event. LG will be very unhappy.
  17. A rarity, but I agree with this. I see failure but i'll be in the front row. My avatar already tells you I'm a fan.
  18. He wasn't a robber. He actually never robbed from that store. Now please...shhhhhhh! The grown ups want to talk about a R-rated movie.
