  1. 1. Up 2. Wall-E 3. Monsters Inc. 4. Inside Out 5. Ratatouille 6. Finding Nemo 7. Toy Story 3 8. The Incredibles The rest are'nt as good. Still liked all of them though (yes, even Cars 2)
  2. Such a unique, funny, inventive, sad, happy film. This movie is life. 10\10.
  3. Finished The Sopranos a couple of days ago. All in all, as expected, a very good show. But it does have its problems- some of the episodes were flat out boring, and the season-long plot lines weren't very strong. The best thing about the show was the characters and its short stories- it had some truely amazing standa-alone episodes. Season 3 was my favorite, it was like a greatest hits collection, a brilliant episode after a brilliant episode. Really enjoyed the last one as well, it was the only one that had a good plot-line throughout. Oh, and the best episode is definetly "Long Term Parking". The most shocking and painful death I've seen. So heart-breaking, but so well done. Now starting The Wire. First 4 episodes were painfully boring but I guess I'll get into it eventually. I never quit.
  4. It's great show, but only had one true amazing season and that's the fourth. 1 and 2 are very well written and acted but are just a little bit dragging, 3 is a step in the right direction and it's a great season but it pales in comparison with 4, and 5 is a littly too actiony, I felt it wasn't as smart as the others. 4 has it all, a perfect combination of action and drama.
  5. Ok, so it's not excactly what you might think reading the title, but what I actually want to know is what's the *general* opinion on the rank of the seasons of the show, not *your* opinion. For some reason when I start watching a show I have to know the general opinion about each season. Don't know why, I just do. I'm sorry of it doesn't justify a new thread, I didn't know where else to put it. You can close it after I get the answer. (and sorry if my English isn't great, not my native language).
  6. So would did guys think about the 3rd season? For me, even though it wasn't amazing plot-wise, it was the best in terms of the quality of writing, directing, and acting. great season.
  7. Feast gets really good about half way through, stick with it and you'll see.
  8. Because both are irrelevant to what they really need to know (how the ship sank) and the one with the tiger is the beter story.
  9. Are you kidding me? the twist is not only amazing, it's a crucial point in the story, it makes sense, and the entire message of the book (haven't watched the movie yet) derives from it.
  10. What about that awkard moment when the critics praised the film?
  11. The avengers is such an over-the-top crowd pleaser, it was awkard at times to watch. It was ok, but the things that people thought that made it amazing (silly one liners like "we have a hulk') were really medicore.TDKR wins easily for me, altought i'm not sure if it's better than 21 jump street- but that's for another poll.
  12. I think it's fantastic, the best batman movie other than TDK and TDKR. the interaction between the 4 main characters (or 6 if you count selina and bruce as themselves) is brilliant, and I love the fact that the penguin is a villain that's liked by the people of gotham. unique movie.
  13. Funny, even hilarious at times, but far from 21 jump street which is the best comedy movie in years. too many misses.
  14. I thought the movie was a like a roller coaster ride, in all aspects- the plot, the progression of the story, the twists and especially my opinion on it. It had a fantastic opening thanks to catwoman, then a little boring 20 minutes, than a perfect hour, from the minute batman goes back to business (classis and great action sequence) until bane and his followers occupy the city (the football scene is nevre recking). then, another boring 20-30 minutes- I didn't care much for blake and foley and gordon, they had the least interesting storyline. but the climax is fantastic, I loved the twists and the closurs. the last minute is awesome, perfect ending. eventually, the good wiped out the bad.9.5/10
  15. That kinda sucks, especially cause almost everyone I know really enjoyed the movie. I thought it was pretty great. whatever.
  16. I think the one thing I'm really alone at- Cars 2 was hilarious and alot of fun.
  17. I love the fast the everyone here loved brave. the hell with the critics.anyway, I have'nt seen alot of movies this year, only the "important" ones:1. the dark knight rises- 9.52. 21 jump street- 8.53. brave- 84. the amazing spider man- 75. the avengers- 76. haolam matshik (israeli movie)- 6.57. the hunger games- 6.58. the dictator- 6
  18. seriously guys, i need an answer, it's for a competition and there's money involved. how much will spidey make in the 3 day weekend? i mean, what number is the most likely to happen.
  19. what are your predictions for the 3 day weekend?
  20. it's nice to see something new and fresh (and incredible) happening in the box office, i just wish it was because of a really good movie (like TDK), and not because of a superb campeign. i saw this movie, and i've read the books. the movie is OK, the book kinda sucks. i think it's becoming successful because people are looking for somethink to replace harry potter. as a movie? ok. but as a book series? it isn't even close.anyway, to say that it's more popular than harry potter? no, it will never be. in a couple of decades everyone will remember the name harry potter (the books, ok? not the movies), THG is just a hit. that's all.
  21. yay! an israeli film!well, I don't have the power to write an entire review in english, but let me tell you- it's an A- watch it. witty and brilliant.
