Looks excellent. Gosling is one of the classic true movie stars of the current generation.

Christopher McQuarrie is now one the greatest specialist action directors- others include Stahleski,Cameron, McTiernan, Tony Scott, Michael Bay(but hes bad) The Specialist action director is a rare breed

also the runtime makes it better dont forget, nearly 3 hours means it isnt a cheap product. Value for money and good plot and character development is essential to a movie. Thats why i prefer longer films. i dislike shorter films in general were its only 90 mins, it cheapens it, no development possible. OK for animated /kids films at shorter lengths only.

Cruise the greatest action star in the history of cinema. Ever since Top gun (85), we knew he was special. Also a shout out to Atwell- she is an excellent star in her own right- apparently shes great in this.

Note- this movie is not good. Metacritic its very poor rating. The only positive is the extended run time of near 2.5hours so you get your money's worth This is a total box office turd. Will lose the studio over $100m dollars due to promotions and advertising costs.

Nic Cage has only been in about 3-4 great action films his entire career. Hes mainly a drama/arthouse actor .eg. adaptation, leaving las vegas. The above actors only specialise in action only and atleast 5-6 good ones. Vin Diesel IS the F&F franchise, hes the face of it, one of the best action franchises ever, that has to earn a top rating. Stallone is top 4- rambo and rocky are two of the biggest action franchises. Arnold has been in so many great action movies- Terminator 1&2, total recall, Predator, true lies. He's fantastic in those, those are classics. The rock is obviously there due to F&F and other action projects.
