  1. I haven't even seen this yet and I already want it to sweep awards season. Would just be such a unique film to win for a change.
  2. Yeah the trailer didn't do anything for me either quite honestly. Hope this isn't another The Fighter, cause The Fighter to me was an entirely generic film held up by strong acting. Love SLP though.
  3. Wow, this critical reception is just insane! What's the last wide release with a 9.0 average rating?
  4. Just to clarify on question 6 and the second bonus question, do increases count? So like if Enough Said increases, does that count as dropping less than 20%?

  6. Prior to this, Six Feet Under had my favorite series finale. After watching this 3 times though, I'm confident in saying BB's is the new champ for me.

  11. Exactly! I caught the nod too and the understanding they had come to with each other. Great that they didn't need any words in that scene, the nod summed it all up.
  12. I love that Walt still gave Jesse the opportunity to do whatever he felt he needed to do to him. I don't care if anyone agrees with me or not, but Walt did get his redemption in this episode in my eyes. He righted a whole lot of wrongs and fully accepted his consequences.
  13. A good book is probably the best bet to fill my BB void now, cause I know no TV shows right now will do the trick.
  14. I feel your pain, entered multiple contests and haven't won any. I'm so anxious to see this. I'm just worried all the hype and stellar reviews are gonna end with me being disappointed.
  15. I'm seriously contemplating getting a Heisenberg shirt and wearing it, and I almost never wear graphic shirts like that.
  16. I'm so pleased with how Jesse's arc ended up. I was dreading him getting some fairytale happy ending that I didn't feel he deserved, but the beauty of how it ended is even though Jesse is the one who gets to walk away free from it all, it's at the cost of losing pretty much everything that was important to him. His own desire for needless revenge and inability to let go ended up with Andrea getting killed and him being a slave to neo nazis. So he had to suffer and will probably continue to suffer a lot for his mistakes. His ending is bittersweet, as it should be. I feel like him not killing Walt showed that he was above that now, and didn't feel the burning need to blame it all on Walt and seek revenge on him. He finally accepts his responsibility in what has happened, whereas before I always felt like he just did a lot of feeling sorry for himself, not accepting responsibility.
  17. And that car/gun scene. Good god, badass doesn't even cut it. Scarface is jealous of Walter White.
  18. It is THE line of the series, and Bryan Cranston gave THE performance of a lifetime on THE best series finale ever, and Vince Gilligan created THE best TV series of all time. Oh my god, I'm just a big wreck of emotions right now.
  19. Bwahaha, Walt's "two best hitman" were Badger and Skinny P! Great way to give them something to do here.
  20. "You're gonna need a bigger knife." Lol, I love it.
  21. Yep, that's exactly my breakdown of the seasons too. I've come to appreciate season 5 so much more than I initially did. Lumen was a great character, by far the best one the show introduced post season 4. I think it was really stupid writing her off at the end of season 5. Her relationship with Dexter was one I would have actually been interested in exploring further.
