    People want a serious Game of Thrones-ish take on King Arthur, not some campy superhero movie. If I was Robin Hood Origins I'd be very worried.

    Whoever's behind the Battle Angel adaptation has to be a bit worried now. GITS was somewhat known to non-anime fans, but Battle Angel is really niche.

    The real circus had to shut down because no one cares about the circus anymore. Studio is probably a bit worried about the BO for this.

    I guess they took the criticism of Into Darkness being convoluted to heart because Beyond has the most barebones plot.

    Do you think Universal is rethinking their Monsters Universe thing after seeing Victor Frankenstein's box office?

    I try to "vote with my dollors" when it comes to box office. I didn't like them splitting Mockingjay in 2 parts so I didn't see either of them. They're not getting more money out of me. Maybe other people did what I did.

    The 2015 roundtables are slowly coming out, and as always they're pretty interesting. Here's the studio executive one with Universal, Disney, Paramount, Sony, Fox, and Lionsgate execs.

    Would this have done better if the title was different? Name recognition is useless when most people who recognize the name are in retirement homes.
