    We shouldn't even mention Civil War what about Deadpool and GoTG domestic gross being ahead of a movie with Batman and Superman in it?

    I can see it easily crushing the JL movie.

    I realized that DCeU could be like the Transformers movie when it got 55% on RT which is very close to the first Transformers RT score as well. At that time when BvS was announced I said that it would get a similar score to the 2nd Transformers movie on RT 19% and lo and behold it was quite similar as well. SS also was very close in RT score to Transformers 3 which had 35%. So far the DCeU at least from the critical point of view is going lockstep with the TF movies.

    I thought he was just removed from the movie side of things at Marvel? His presence is still ever prominent in the TV shows side of things.

    Damn your movie going experience must suck given the small crowd of only a few people.

    Good question, i mean 1 is critically panned and the other is critically praised yet they both have done well. Maybe once people has been hooked by the initial marketing they keep coming back for more or maybe lack of other big blockbuster options with Deadpool in February and SS in August?

    2 outlier type comic book movies (DP and SS) this year and it seems to have done pretty well at the box office. I would put most of that success on the marketing though selling it as a unique comic book movie experience.

    Yes they will still exist. Just like they exist right now despite online streaming, pirating has become increasingly easier due to high broadband internet and higher quality pirate streams etc... However just like it is now admissions would be lower but with increased ticket prices it will compensate for the lower admissions thereby evening things out to having similar or greater box office grosses than past years.

    But you should be able to talk about grosses for movies that are badly reviewed as well. if that's the case I'd hate to see you around when a new transformers movie is released.
