Before I made fun of Ethan's pick, I knew I needed to at least watch Pitch Perfect. So that's how I spent the last two hours.
As DAR would say, God dammit Ethan.
I think a large portion of viewers aren't ready for a drastic change right away. Comedy Central does not want to experience a huge ratings drop. The producers probably need to let Noah ease into the role for a bit before they start putting a new stamp on the show.
I was not expecting to see Chilton again. Is it just me or does he seem more competent this season? He actually has a smart plan for catching Hannibal.
That episode had to set a record for most characters left in separate cliffhanger situations. Cersi, Sam and Tyrion were basically the only major characters who weren't in a life threatening situation at the end of the season.
The first half of the season with Kitty was good, but I'll admit the second half didn't have much going for it. I'm still interested in seeing where the show goes now that Sherlock has relapsed.
Ya this episode definitely makes Stannis a less likeable TV character, but I don't think it ruined the show. It's also not really out of character, because in the books he's willing to burn children.
Sun's Son - Who was the second character you thought was completely bastardized this episode?
I'll probably wait to see the whole episode, but its good to know there are spoilers out already.
And you've been against a lot of the changes made so far the season, so I'm not surprised you wouldn't like another apparently major one. I'll let you know after I watch the episode if I think they've gone too far.
Loved the season premiere. I couldn't stop laughing during the dinner scene ("Is this that type of party?"), which was interesting because normally the show is very serious.
Can't wait for next week to see who actually survived last season's finale.
Finally watched the last two episodes, they were very well done. I'm glad it wasn't a rehash of the battle from the first season.
And I'm excited to see Jo from Eureka next season.
