Rules:

Pretty much same rules of elimination BUT...

 

You're only allowed to eliminate 3 films from each year and that eliminated film must get 5 to 7 votes in order to be removed.  

 

But first, we need more nominees!!

Well, I looked at the list and there are a lot of movies that are on my "must/should watch list" already. But I'd liked to add a few more. And I'm gonna suggest some foreign movies also.

 

Many of these are my favorite or one of the best movies I've ever seen; while a few of them I feel deserve to be on the list cause of their lasting impression/impact on audience and popular culture.

12. The Notebook (2004) - I know that this one is rotten on RT, but I think it's a good movie. Also, IMO, it's one of the most influential and most popular movies in the romantic genre.

As long as the first Ice Age and Signs are in the list I am happy.I don't want to vote off any films, if I had to, films like MAD3 and Super 8 I would vote off.

I think we might need like a committee to pare down the nominees in the end. Maybe 3 or 5 people representing every faction of the forums to get a balanced evaluation. It'll certainly be loads easier than nominating films for elimination and having limits nad etc.

I agree there there needs to be a rethink on how to remove movies from this list. A committee may very well be the best way for this to be finalised in any reasonable amount of time.
