This will obviously won't be available where I live but I will surely get the movie on Bluray.

Blu ray is a huge disappointment. Barely any extras (2009 movie was packed to the gills with extras) and non IMAX aspect ratio unlike the Dark Knight Blu rays. Makes me think they are planning a double dip

That is disappointing considering, like you mentioned, the insane amount of extras of the first one.

Every steel book under £25 quid sold out before last Tuesday here so I got stuck with a regular 3D copy. Can't complain too much though as I have it now at least.

The Villain steelbook is my favourite, but that is exclusive of a UK store that doesn't sent stuff to Portugal.

I ended up just getting the normal Blu-ray, I think it had the best cover art. I'm curious if they'll release another edition later with more content. The tidbits of content with different versions wasn't worth buying any of them over the original to me.

I ended up getting the 3D version for $19.  Walmart on line accidently mixed up the pricing and had the 3D version on sale for $19.99.  Price matched at Target and used the Cartwheel 10% off promo.  The Walmart villain steelbook for $29.99 was just too much to buy.
