Usually they build stuff like this up and it disappoints ... Just absurd ... another reason to not miss this show. I think Gal Gadot is beyond beautiful and hope she does well ... but AD would have been my #1 choice for Wonder Woman ... oh lord just ridiculous. Jay Beezy Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 (edited) I feel somewhat ashamed as I was never fully on this particular fan train because most of her stuff hasn't been my cup o' tea (i.e. Percy Jackson and her horror stuff). Now I've seen how wonderful she looks and I can't get her out of my head. I've just watched some interviews with her and she seems like a genuinely sweet girl. So I'm rooting for her continued success, but I feel like I've gotten into her for the wrong reasons. Hopefully she breaks out of YA adaptations and horror films more and does more character work. The perv in me obviously hopes for a continued openness to do nude scenes , but still, in general, just more character work, where nudity doesn't have to be essential. If you create a thread where you plan to post pictures that are PG-13, but not pictures that should be on a school or work computer, then you must add a warning (something like "Not Safe For Work") in the Topic Title or Topic Description. Please do not post any pictures that may get people into trouble due to not having that warning. Also, keep your signatures and avatars safe-for-work. Pictures that are "R-rated" will not be allowed in signatures. Any type of pornographic imagery is strictly prohibited and will result in the member who posted it getting banned from the forums. Hm. Yeah, but I'm not going to judge too much given how much I loved a show like The Wire which built slowly through the season ... I sense it could be similar with this show. I do like the two main characters and how they interact with each other. .... However, I can't see this finding a huge audience on HBO. ... I think I may have got too excited though because of Alexandra Daddario's tits ... she was in this episode for 10 seconds and was wearing WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much clothing. I knew she only had 10 seconds of screen time, so it wasn't surprising. I like the way the show is shot ... it has a gritty look that really screams deep south.
