I don't think it confirms it being one movie though, Fast 10 Part 1 and Part 2, he's only referred to the finale as 10, not 10 and 11.

I actually watched this film for the first time on Netflix last week (it wasn’t the worst F&F I guess), and I wasn’t aware there had been an accident on set.
