baumer
Moved this to the Speakeasy. Actually, I guess it's box office, so I'll movie it back.
Plain Old Tele
I want to compile a list of all the movies with the best legs or box office run ever. Can I get some help? Mojo's your friend. But off the top of my head, in the modern era ('90s onwards): Sixth Sense, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Titanic...

baumer
Yea, if you want legs, best to go back to the 80's. Try ET for one.

kayumanggi
Holiday movies tend to have better legs. If you want to see leggy summer movies, you need to go back to the 80s or even 90s.

Plain Old Tele
Well, if you want to quickly break it down yourself, go to boxofficemojo's yearly statistics, glance through them, and look for outliers (either significantly lower opening weekends than the rest, or significantly greater total, or both). Older movies tend to have better legs, since release patterns were different then.
