Jake Gittes Posted December 7, 2013 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Saw The Broken Circle Breakdown a few days ago. Couldn't stand it. Shallow overwrought melodrama trying to pass itself off as tragedy. Blancanieves was pretty good, but slight and not deserving of major awards like this. I'm gonna guess either Blue or The Great Beauty takes the top prize. Also, I'd dig it if Jude Law won for AK. His is easily the best performance in the movie.
