I have seen quite a few people remarking on how the hobbit is doing bad and audiences were turned off by its predecessor and how WB is now panicking 

 

 

It's not a flop. No movie making 900M+ WW is but the domestic drop is showing AUJ wasn't liked and audiences weren't anticipating DOS at all. Like I've said number is pretty boring, now if it hits the low end of Rth's range than meltdowns will be epic as we could be looking at 230M domestic or 25%+ drop from AUJ, pretty shocking if it comes to pass.
