Without spoilers, how many of Craig's do you need to have seen to understand what's going on? Do I need to finally watch Quantum?

You don't need to have seen any of them imo. The film works on its own.

I paid mine 21$... LA prices...

I paid $20 including convenience fee on fandango. Initially cost $25 but I got $5 off because I got some Fandango points. The only other time I'm gonna pay this much for a movie this year is probably Dune.

Lmfao, Zimmer used Adagio in D Minor again? Dude can't keep getting away with this.

There's a section of pumping stings in the final act that's lifted almost note for note from TDK too. I don't really care about composers ripping themselves off, but if you recongnise it then it definitely takes you out of the moment.

Wright was in Casino Royale too but all there really is to know about that character is that he's an American agent who works with Bond sometimes.

Letier has been around since there was a James Bond;he debuted in the novel Casino Royale..the first James Bond novel. published in 1953.

On screen, he was in introduced in Dr No, First James Bond film, and was played by Jack Lord who would go to fame as McGarett in the original Hawaii Five O  series.

He is very much one the contral supporting charecters in the Bond Franchise, but no one actor has portrayed him fo rmore then two or three movies.

Having now seen it, I totally get why it’s been polarizing amongst the Bond community. I don’t think that stuff is gonna affect audience reception, it’ll be the length more than anything. I haven’t been this conflicted by a Bond film before and I’m not entirely sure what to think of it as a whole. I’m beyond crushed that I don’t love it. It’s a mix of everything I’ve loved and hated about the Craig era cranked to 11.

Denis Villeneuve joins Christopher Nolan in saying he'd absolutely love to direct a Bond film.  Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson would be fools not to court either one of them.  They'd probably have to allow them more creative control than usual to get them though.

Watching Ana De Armas on a 75 foot screen was worth the price of admission and this looks more cinematic than the last two films (which really just looked like car commercials) but this movie was kind of a clunker lol. Don't think I'll ever rewatch this one.
