Now that Disney has updated the revenues of Titanic and Avatar, do you think they will update those of AEG ? I believe AEG exceeded $2.8Bn a few months ago thanks to China but this has never been updated.

China retained its overall global and offshore dominance off of its local pics, followed by Japan, the UK, France, Russia, Korea, Australia, Germany, Mexico and Spain to round out the Top 10 overseas markets in 2021.

Spain Box Office, 2022: 49% Up On 2021, But Still Significantly Short of Pre-Pandemic Levels

In line with most other major markets in continental Europe, boosted by a standout bow for “Avatar: The Way of Water” Spain’s 2022 box office surged 49% over 2021 to €379 million ($405.5 million by current exchange rates), Comcast Spain announced Friday. Total admission came in at 61.2 million.

I think now Russia is far behind. China has probably lost a lot of dollars due to covid, unlike South Korea, which has probably gained a few places. I hope that one day France can overtake UK and become the 4th biggest box office market in the world ..
