Coming up in the next month or so, we will reveal the list of boxoffice.com's 100 greatest movie lines of all time. Since September of 2013, we have been working on the list. We have a panel of 12 people from all different ages. We did this specifically so that there would be no one era of films that was favoured more than the other. We tried to separate the groups into: Under the age of 25 25-35 Over the age of 35 We tried to get an even distribution in ages and we had it at the beginning but some of the panel members dropped out. But we still have a very good mix of age groups here. We had a list submitted of more than 400 movie lines and we have the task of getting it down to 100. We are in the process of deciding on the order as you read this. Our deadline is the weekend. So we are hoping to have the lists from all 12 of us submitted by the end of the weekend and then we will tally up all the votes and present them to you, the boxoffice.com community. We will continue to update you and feel free to make your guesses as to what might be there. But please do not make lists of what you think should be the top 100, let our list come out first. This list, as mentioned, will be a true representation of the community as we have 12 different members voting. The countdown will commence in the coming weeks. So while there might be some good lines from many films, they have to be more than just good lines to make it in, they have to be more than memorable.
