Phil in the Blank
Most likely Spielberg or Scorsese ends up #1 here. Scorsese and Spielberg are both hack frauds. Both haven't made a decent film in the last 10 years. Wolf of Wall Street? More like Wolf of Wall Shit. Munich???? More like Poonich! Nolan must be number 1 or this list is an official joke. Walt Disney
Hopefully, the Coen Brothers get mentioned soon. They're the last truly bad choice that I know is coming. The sooner we get their over-rated position on this list, the sooner it should be smooth sailing afterwards. Of course, this list could always surprise me as it has continued to....I mean Ang Lee....you have to be kidding me. Jessie
He should be in Michael Bay's position.Yeah they should definitely switch
Jessie
I don't hate it, it's just not as funny or entertaining as the original. Although the "shit just got real" pan around the actors shot is beyond cool. They even used that shot in Hot Fuzz lol

Phil in the Blank
I think he was being sarcastic Yeah Nolan is a great director but he doesn't have the range or the depth of work to be considered best ever, or even anywhere near the top of this list. I'm just mocking the people who takes lists like these too seriously.

baumer
And btw, if Spielberg didn't make any film after ET, he would still be the number one director of all time. Schindler's List and Jurassic Park just put him over the top. Same with Marty. He could stop making movies after Goodfellas and he'd be up near the top. Nolan has a long way to go before he tops those two. TDK is fantastic, absolutely fantastic, but one film does not make you a GOD.
