It could well be on the cards, its insane, already over 30m, Sat at the same point is over double AIW sat (Prev record Sat 6.6m). See how day goes.

Madness.

Absolute madness.

So Wed-Fri hit 30m?? Averaged 10m each day??

fr - 9?

s - 10-12m? (Running double IW according to RTH at the point. )

does WS this look close to correct @RtheEnd

Those numbers just show that literally everything is at capacity, all the time. Like there's such little wiggle room that the numbers are the same.

Phenomenal.

It will actually be a long long time until we see this again.

I have no words. This performance is beyond anything I predicted.  I mean I though it could reach the OD record but but if it did not ow. Just wow

Yep, a lot cinemas where its all they are showing (or  may have odd session something else), are having total complex sellouts or damn close to it, could be looking over 37m thru Sat

When Disney/Marvel announces the global opening total, will they use the 5 day number or 4 day?

Time to dig out the comparisons... and frankly there is only 3 films this can be compared toooo.... At this stage it appears that Infinity War will be done and dusted by the end of the 2nd Sunday.  My projection for current EG is 100m AUD (or 60m - 70m USD).  I'm not sure if Avatar is in reach but i think Star Wars is in the ballpark at the moment.  as I've already mentioned earlier, i think the floor is about 85m unless we see a complete collapse next weekend.  IW legs gets EG into the 90's.

EDIT - red means estimated.
