Basing on number of screen, 3D inflating, no competition and strong marketing , opening less of 3M€ is a bombing, more than 4M€ is not bad.

A bombing?In a depauperate market like Italy?

CA had no competition and opened with €2.95 in 5 days

A screen average of 1250€ and 190 admissions (2/3 shows for each screen) with 35% 3D on opening saturday. It means cinemas almost empty. And it means a bombing.

2014 is being a very bad year, especially for american movies.

So what you are saying is that only 3-4 films this year were not bombs, in that case you might want to change your standards for what constitutes a bomb. Edited by Tower
