Ouch! Still, I believe if the movie is loved here it can reach close to atleast 15m. Or is that also very far fetched? Btw did I just read that Madagascar 3's has been the biggest first run here since 2012 :mellow: ?

Among foreing movies is the last that passed 20M and 3M ADM in Cinetel panel (Cinetel is a real time data service for cinema industry that cover the 95% of the market and is the official source for media here)

I still think Minions can make between 17 to 18 million in Spain..

In Spain Minions already passed €20m ($22m), second movie to do that this year after Jurassic World. Taking in account that Italy has almost 15m inhabitants more than Spain the box office should be bigger there, but it is not always like that. I don't know why. Maybe it is because Italians spend too much money in clothes :P

Edroger knows so much better than me about the Italian market. I still can't believe how slow July is. I can tell you that Minions should end doing around $24m-$25m here in Spain :)

Yeah for July 15 vs 2014  in ITA $lc -8% Admits -10, where as in SPN +78% and admits +74%, GEr +68% Admits +62%

Just checked how much DM2 made in Italy as well. It made 22m US there (19.3 m euro)

 

No, DM2 made less than 16 M Euro as said before by edroger (the ER has changed).

 

Considering the extraordinary performance it's having in Spain (+ 40%), France (+50%), Germany (easily +80% in admissions), it has a great chance of making more than 20 M Euro here.
