Disney (via Boxofficemojo) has F2 at 13,3M€ by Sunday, instead of 12,7M€ Cinetel.

THR - 2 Local movies on fire. F2 on ice with another -50 and count. If It survives until Fri 20 not losing too many screens maybe can have something like 20+.  If not, we'll see the worst ww performance here.

 

By the way a small cinema with only one screen in my town have shows of F2 for the third Sunday in a row, which is (in any case) a record 😆.

Ah, I thought the €1.232.535/175.3k numbers for Joker were on its opening day, due to the fact it was released in Italy on the 3rd, and those numbers were posted on the 4th.

Joker also won in Venice and Star Wars also isn't that big here, so it's really not surprising.

SW9 is roughly on par with SW8. A couple of new titles released yesterday are killing F2 (by now), among others 2 "big" italians: the new Pinocchio version by Matteo Garrone starring Oscar winner Roberto Benigni  and  La Dea Fortuna, drama by the italian/turkish Ferzan Ozpetek, that had see very good boxoffice results in past years. So the competition is strong coming to holidays. That happens because on first of January will be released the new work of Checco Zalone, (the 60M€+ man) that in term of boxoffice should be (or is waiting to be) the italian version of first Frozen japanese run, killing all other movies. We'll see.
