Because they never did, even with Avengers, presales were not so "anticipated".

I really can't see it over 2.5/3.0m OD (and it'd be very good)

4/5m OD on a working day are insane for our market, and we are talking about a sequel of a movie which earned only 12m.

they were walk-in driver and they tended to skew older.

Big big numbers for the OD which is a working day. I've seen showtimes until December 22 which have already been selling some tickets.

A theatre I checked had 8 showtimes basically sold out and I guess they have to add more screens.

Well the numbers for the first 24 hours at least will certainly be better 😅

 

Anyway let's say that tickets presale has never been very successful, the only time I heard of someone using it was for Endgame...

For our country these are very important numbers, the servers have not worked for many hours.
