Reporting it is the equivalent of taking the trash to the curb. If you don’t, it’s like complaining the “binmen” didn’t come into your house and get it.

How would you rate the writing across his 7 films?

 

I think he's incredible at pacing and structuring his films, better than almost anyone else alive.

 

I just think his last two movies have suffered because his dialogue and characters haven't advanced as far as the technology he is using to bring them to life. 

 

And I know you guys will defend the characters in Avatar until you are blue in the face(lol), but in the 950 pages of this thread, I guarantee that the biggest talking point even from you guys isn't the characters, but the effects.

Are you kidding me? Do you know how many Best Picture winners are absolute bogus? You can go back to Annie Hall winning in 1977. Or anyting beating Empire strikes back, not that it was nominated, in 1980. Green book is hardly the most egregious Best Picture winner. I mean the weinsteins basically bought every single Oscar they ever won.

I've lived in serviced accommodation for so long I forgot that most people actually do have to take out trash.

How does he come back in the sequels?

 

1- He was recovered in the forest and returned to Hell's Gate to be resurrected? 

2- He's not human at all but like Bishop in Alien(s), a cyborg. 

3- Quaritch version # ? is dead, DNA is used to clone another. 

4- Other theories?

Pretty sure he'll come back in an Avatar body. I recall his actor bringing that up a few years ago, shortly after the movie came out.

Lang is taking part in the live shooting that is taking place in New Zealand, according to Cameron motion capture was wrapped up at the end of last year.
