I don't think the Dark Knight Rises will top Avengers or Potter OS simply because of the lack of 3-D.Unlike the US, oversees audiences still gobble up 3-D showings.

It has 17 OS markets this weekend, including 4 top markets: UK (25M ?), AU (high teens ?), SK (high teens ?) and Spain (10M?).100M OS opening might be a stretch.And BTW, solid opening day in HongKong.

I don't see 10 million in Spain. TDK grossed here 16 million and in 2008 there were not crisis and euro was much higher than now. It opened to 7.2 million $ (5-day opening). There are quite hype here, but I wouldn't expect more than 6-7 million $ (I wish I'm wrong and it makes more, but I don't think it will happen). For the record, TA did here 7 million in OW.
