"Light-hearted" isn't the right word but it's not some dark, bleak thing. It's a dude who gets thrown into an impossible situation and is determined to get through it.

If anything Ridley Scott is one of the best DP in the history of film.

 

All of his movies look absolutely gorgeous with a very deep understanding of design, light, framing, colors.

 

His ultimate dream was to be a painter but he wash t good enough but his movies show his artistic background.

 

So even Scott s latest outputs were very so so story and characters wise, I cannot miss a Scott movie because there are always eye candy scenes to look for.
