Guy Ritchie? FUCK NO.

King Arthur series is wonderful, indeed. 

 

But also would have hoped for a different director... this screams bomb.

 

 

Anyway, this has potential story-wise, still. It is one of the really great mythologies.

It's also like Robin Hood: It has been done so often in both the movies and TV you have to be really good to stand out. And this is simply not the kind of film that Ritchie is good at making.

IMHO, Boorman Excalibur remains the best Arthurian film, though "Sword Of Lancelot" and "Camelot" are not bad.

For real?! What the hell. After Pan bombs spectacularly this Summer they will regret that.

 

I think Pan, Pixels and Paper Towns will each earn 30M+ that weekend, with Pixels being a potential breakout (if advertised right, it will get Sandler's audience plus 80s nostalgia fans).
