BoxOfficeFangrl
I don't its just Christians/Conservatives that had a problem with it, it was a really wonky movie Yeah, it's being made out like Noah had to be exactly in the mold of Son of God for the Christian audience to have liked it and religious types just don't understand Aronofsky's genius. That seems like a needlessly black-or-white argument that ignores how the US audience that wasn't particularly religious didn't go for Noah in droves, either (though not to say that it doesn't have its fans). People wanted something less arthouse and without rock monsters and stuff that seems out of place in a Biblical epic and in that case I think $200M+ happens. La Binoche
Will The Other Woman reach the $105M total of The First Wives Club, much less the $190M it made adjusted for inflation? I think not!

The haunting moments are certainly hard to shake. I think Winter Soldier will be remembered more fondly than most 2014 hits too. Appears to be stacking up to be more well liked than most. Albeit, remembered in a far different way than Under The Skin. Scarlett's all over the place this spring/summer with Under The Skin, Winter Soldier and then Lucy later this summer. People here expect Caps to gross over $15M this weekend for certain with a $4.5M Friday?

JohnnyGossamer
How many years running has Disney/Marvel released the top grossing superhero film DOM? If Winter Soldier came out on top DOM, would that be the fifth year running for the MCU?

It's also the slowest movie to reach that mark, by far. Dem legs! THG had some hell of a legs too. That chart just reminded how fantastic that movie's run was. Just a nice surprise. Frozen is the exact same way and what makes it so impressive is that it started with a small opening weekend (comparatively speaking).
