lol. 3d wouldn't add 130 million. Some of these people are loony bin.

 

He meant compared to Interstellar's final total, which is going to be more like $670m instead of the $650m you're looking at right now. $780m divided by $670m is a 16.4% boost from 3D. Sounds about right to me. But heck, even if the movie did stop at $650m...a 20% boost would get it to $780m. That isn't completely unreasonable. Gravity received a percentage boost similar to that last year.

And since IS had a spectacle effect going for it like Gravity, its 3d share would have been higher than usual.
