Bridge of Spies is a co-production with DreamWorks and Fox, Disney gets a distribution fee for distributing it in the U.S. And Fox will get a fee for distributing it in Europe and other markets and likewise with WB in Netherlands. I assume if the film makes money DreamWorks and Fox will split the profits.

DreamWorks like Lionsgate and Studiocanal often uses local distributors since they don't distribute their own films and usually selling the OS distribution rights helps to recoup the budget but they'll not see a penny of the profits if any are made, that's what killed New Line as they made no money from The Golden Compass OS as they sold the OS rights to finance the film
