It's either a case of:

A.They hired really inept editors to do the teaser

B.The editors could not find better footage to use,in which case the film really going to suck.

The full Black Panther trailer had like 13M views prior to release.  The Thor Ragnarok trailer was bordering on 60M views.  Guess which one was the 700M blockbuster.

Actually he has come in first before.  Iron Man 3 came in first place on its opening weekend

Well, today I learned. I was actually under the impression that MCU movies were directed by a committee and then a pseudonym was used for distribution purposes. Seems I have a whole raft of directors I now need to read about.
