The Pokemon on my pic is Kecleon (not my favorite, but the only Pokemon I caught everytime I played Sapphire). Dragonite was always my favorite as a kid. Just looked so cool and it was basically impossible to get in Red and Blue without hacking. Now all grown up my favorite is probably Rayquaza, it's just plain awesome (like all legendary Pokemon are). As for evolution, Charizard, he won me a lot of battles in Red and blue.
