That said, tracking has been so consistently in the 60's this week, and these midnight numbers do nothing to suggest higher, so any opening in the 75 range would probably be hailed as a big victory.  Despite the fact that many people have predicted well over that range over the past 6 months for this movie.

I'm not sure it would be a big victory, but for the fickle people that change their minds every day, it would be.

Probably still going to make 550-650m WW, will be a big success. The budget is only 120m

success yes - but not like Fast and Furious

still better than Bourne (another reactivated franchise)

Wow. Flixster rating for the three openers last week is in freefall.

From Friday, Echo has fallen another 10% to 52%, Evil another 11% to 48% and Tammy a whopping 16% to 43%.

Since April, only the Quiet Ones at 31% has a worse Flixster rating.

But then, A Million Ways (currently at 45%) was terrible too but it didn't implode so maybe Tammy might still have decent legs.

BOM has it at 170?

Same cost as CATWS, and slightly more than Godzilla. Though it wouldn't surprise me if Godzilla spent a bit more on marketing.

edit: though it's also probably safe to say that whatever Godzilla spent on advertising, it was far better spent than what we've seen for most other movies this year.
