Impact
Agreed. and as I said above, we should not be planning on the sequels till we see how they do first. You can't use the excuse that they did well in CAYOM A either.
Hiccup
Only a year later? No, this shouldn't happen.Rolling out the series quickly like Lord of the Rings. I don't want it to be like a Narnia.
4815162342
Rolling out the series quickly like Lord of the Rings. I don't want it to be like a Narnia.LOTR was filmed simultaneously. It's impossible to roll out $125+ million films back-to-back like that unless they're filmed at the same time, and let's face it, Bartimaeus wasn't (and claiming it was now is just silly).Take your chances with a normal franchise pattern, because this isn't a Twilight series which is done on the cheap and can release films every year. The Dark Alfred
I agree on the sequels, however mine's a thriller/horror with a small budget, I expect it earn it back on its OW without breaking out.

Impact
Yeah Ant Man is not exactly the most popular super hero, but you never know. And remember-original fantasy films don't do that well either.
Hunch
Wind & Fire is set in the real world though. It got great reviews and did really well in CAYOM 1.0 so I have high expectations for it.

The Dark Alfred
WotW will soon become the highest grossing musical of all time. The studio's budget won't go over 140m for the film, instead of visual effects they're focusing on updating Jeff Wayne's classic with new songs.
