keysersoze123
I am amazed movies have such strong legs despite tickets being prohibitively expensive.
Boxx93
I am amazed movies have such strong legs despite tickets being prohibitively expensive. That is because many of the people who go to the movies don't even plan what movie to watch, they just go. Usually people here find out about the movies AFTER they are released (unless we about something like The Hunger Games, and even those have strong legs) I am not even kidding, I have asked many people in my university what they though about Cinderella and they did not even knew the movie was already out. Even movies with great openings has potential to get even longer runs because of this (WOM also helps).
A District 3 Engineer
Go to the movie theater here in Venezuela is a familiar activity, parents just take their children and decide what are they gonna see there. But when you decide to go with your friends, that's different bc you wanna know what is there to see and you gotta come to an agreement with them. We love going to the movies.
