No, with his adult face. :P They will have to get a child and adult actor who at least bare a passing resemblance to each other though. A lot will depend on the kid's acting skills too. This concept will be slightly tricky to pull off, trickier than even the other "out there" franchises like GotG and Suicide Squad.
