It technically came out during the '10s (and it does incorporate social media, which is a must for capturing this generation of teenagers), but 2010 was effectively still the '00s in spirit, so... I agree with Lordmandeep's post that 21 Jump Street is probably the closest we've come so far this decade. filmlover Posted August 24, 2014 Share Posted August 24, 2014 Pretty much echo that 21 Jump Street is probably the closest this decade for depicting high school in the movies, since Easy A came out right at the beginning of the decade.
