I am with you. I am tired to compare two films. I prefer to look at the general BO numbers and crossing fingers to see a lot of minor/mid succesful movies.

 

Despite every year increasing BO, there are less movies reaching respectable numbers.

Do you see a pattern here? Despite increasing ticket prizes, there are less movies reaching 30M. That's troubling!

 

2018 might be a healthier BO year, not because of BP, IW or I2. It will be because we might reach again almost 100 movies over 30M.
