The costumes at the midnight premiere are going to be crazy since this and Thor open the same day as of now. Confused parents everywhere.

If theatre owners onto it. They should time sessions of Mlp At the same time as Thor. The dads drop their girls to MLP and then watch Thor... Win win

The show's not as clever as it used to be and I do think the brony fandom has waned a bit, but with solid marketing and a production budget justifying this movie's existence they should be able to make a hit out of this

Isn't this a bit too late? The show's popularity has already decreased a little, by 2017 it will probably be even lower. Hasbro managed to release three Equestria Girls movies, but it took 7 years to release one for Friendship is Magic?

I suppose TGD flopping does raise the question of how this and Coco will coexist. A lot of variables involving both films.
