DAJK
This may be a bit early but is 15M OW possible? That's actually a very healthy start.
grim22
http://www.thewrap.com/ouija-conjures-up-911000-at-thursday-box-office/ “Ouija” spirited away with $911,000 at 2,061 theaters on Thursday night. Universal's board game-based film is expected to bring in $20 million at the box office this weekend, according to analysts. It will likely unseat Brad Pitt‘s WWII action film “Fury” from the number one spot.
Chewy
That's higher than I would've expected for Wick

kayumanggi
OUIJA also pulled $911K from early Thursday shows. Our early analysis... #Ouija #JohnWick http://t.co/L5zW2RGKRT — BoxOffice (@BoxOffice) October 24, 2014
baumer
Haha...it will LIKELY unseat Fury. Fury would have to drop 10-15% to remain number one.

DAJK
I'm still hoping that Ouija pushes past 10M today, and John Wick tops out at 15.99M. Winter Games

CJohn
Both of them should do 15-18M OW.
baumer
Can't wait to see Ouija. Platinum Dunes rarely lets me down and the trailer and subject matter are very creepy.
lilmac
This may be a bit early but is 15M OW possible? That's actually a very healthy start. I predicted $15M
Jay Beezy
This may be a bit early but is 15M OW possible? That's actually a very healthy start. Escape Plan was R-rated and opened in October last year. It did 258k in previews and 9M over the weekend. If Wick has that same preview to weekend multiplier, it could see 30M this weekend, which at first impulse may be too optimistic, but considering the reviews, why not be optimistic? picores
Are 20m really in play for John Wick? That would be fantastic. Keanu's back...with a vengeance!

kitik
rottentomatoes: John Wick - 86% (88 total reviews, 6.8 rating) Ouija - 11% (44 total reviews, 3.2 rating) St Vincent - 74% (98 total reviews, 6.8 rating) Stay the hell away from Ouija. And that's surprisingly high for St Vincent.
picores
John Wick is clearly the story of the weekend.
