Ethan Hunt
I'll predict Rango as #1 just for the record. HERE IT IS ETHAN HUNT'S TOP FILM FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS... 1. Rango This movie made me laugh made me cry had me on the edge of my seat. I meant I love this movie (obviously.) Johhny Depp is Fantastic in the lead role. In fact all of the voice cast is fantastic. Despite the fact that this is a PG animation it isn't made for childeren. It's filled with mystery. The animation is beautiful. The interactions between Bean and Rango are awsome. The scene where he is walking across the road gets me every time. THen Clint Eastwood and his golf cart of Oscars.

baumer
For humour, shouldn't you have at least picked a film from this year, and not 2011?
Ethan Hunt
For humour, shouldn't you have at least picked a film from this year, and not 2011?What? Rango is much more than a comedy. It's a mystery, an adventure filled with memorable characters and moments Edited December 31, 2014 by Ethan Hunt

Kalo
Rango, was one of my all time least favorite animated movies, but considering how much I hate Johnny Depp. however, Interstellar is beyond amazing so this list gets a pass.
Rorschach
4 for me. Then again, we are teenagers and are mostly limited to a small majority of films we're able to see so that's not too surprising. I don't think it's a question of availability so much as taste.

Avatree
I don't think it's a question of availability so much as taste. Agreed, but it does play a (small) factor. I suspect that younger people don't see smaller drama films as much as adults do, even if they liked the genre equally. Oh and surprisingly, 10 films from there are on my list. (Admittedly most are pretty low and could get replaced) Edited December 31, 2014 by treeroy
Rorschach
Edge of Tomorrow, Guardians of the Galaxy, and The LEGO Movie won't appear on my list. Just putting that out there because a few of my choices may or may not cause a bit of a ruckus.

Ezen Baklattan
Off the top of my head, 11 of those appear on my list. I'm having a last minute film viewing party today to watch some more potential list makers (namely THE IMMIGRANT, LOCKE, IT'S SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DAY, and maybe BLUE RUIN)
