Hernan Gonzalez
Top 5 Weekend: 1- Fast & Furious 7, 756851 admissions, -40%. Cume: 2572670 admissions 2- Home, 68971 adm, -50%. Cume: 500100 adm. 3- Left Behind, 49941 adm, new. 4- Insurgent, 40404 adm, -60%. Cume: 459781 adm. 5- Cinderella, 38532 adm, -62%. Cume: 850914 adm. Fast 7 held better than any other movie in the Top 20 and it passed 2.5m admissions. It has already beaten super hits in Colombia like last year winner Rio 2 (2.15m adm), Monster University (2.31m adm), Fast 6 (2.07m adm) and The Avengers (2.24 adm). It will pass 3m next weekend and also the actual number 1 since I started tracking this market back in 2012, Ice Age 4 (2.97m adm, $14m)

It's almost half of its admissions in Brazil despite a much smaller population (46m vs 202m) and much less theaters and screens! I hope TA2 can beat this but it won't be easy because it's so huge already. As long as it can pass The Avengers there is nothing to be sad about of course! Fullbuster
I know it won't be easy because of the exchange rates but I'd love TA2 to reach $20m I expect $15m or 16m though (that would be the record so wonderful of course), but I hope it can surprise me
keysersoze123
I am quite sure there would be few markets in Latin America where Furious 7 will beat AOU. I think that is clearly proven by how strong the latino crowd has been in domestic as well. We will have some inkling later this week based on initial markets. But we will know for sure next weekend. Maybe, it's possible, but not more than one or two at best, and not in the biggest markets.

In one market is sure that FF7 is going to beat AoU: Uruguay. They are not so much into superhero movies and FF7 is doing $1m+ there.
