It will be dead by the time holidays start. This one had 'relative failure' written on it. *trailers made it uninteresting and unfunny, and in fact they always collected weak responses *bad graphics of the dinos, which look too childish and 'out of environment' *the whole movie seems kinda childish, too; therefore, little hope of attracting a good slice of older moviegoers *dinosaurs; which are apparently profitable only when it comes to the Jurassic Park series *moderate quality, under the Pixar standards (an evidence from the beginning, if one can see) During the last weeks, the various online indicators have just confirmed the logical consequence to the factors above. I initially thought some goodwill from IO and the lack of direct competition could push the movie above 700M, but it looks like it was just whishful thinking.
Purple Minion
As a comparison point, in the US TGD didn't do too well on Thursday: Quote @giteshpandya Over Fri-Sun period, #GoodDinosaur on track to sell smallest # of opening wknd tix ever for any #Pixar film.
Eleven
Is too early to say but this could be the first true flop in Pixar history.

Well Frozen made 6x its Fri-to-Sun openinf. If TGD does the same, that's $228M whichvis defo not a flop. I'm not saying it will do that much or even that it's likely but let's wait a few more weekends before calling it a flop/success.

Filmovie
Disappointment continues in Italy. 5 M EU aren't locked. It will be the least successful Pixar movie since at least 15 years without accounting ticket price inflation. PIXAR Inside Out 25,25 Alla ricerca di Nemo 21.85 Ratatouille 17.47 UP 15.78 Gli incredibili 15.57 Toy Story 3 13.60 Cars – Motori ruggenti 13.12 Cars 2 10.45 Monster University 9,07 Wall-e 8.70 Ribelle 7,24 Monsters & Co. 6.38 Toy Story 2 5.04 A bug’s life 4.75 Toy Story 3.35 Moreover It should be noted that back in the 90' the society that give the numbers didn't cotrol all the screens. For Example: Toy Story, A Bug's Life and TS2 would be at 6-7 if all datas had been there (and this happens today). Frozen had stellar WOM and doubled Arlo on OW. A low opening is a tragedy for films released on Thanksgiving, for it means they'll bleed screens when the Christmas films are released. 200M is out of question if early projections hold. 150 in serious trouble. 125 not a lock. It won't be a flop as it won't lose any money, but a major disappointment is more and more likely. In fact, it looks like sub-500M is now an available option. The real question is: what was Pixar thinking while producing a film that looked a close relative to Cloudy, Planes and Hotel T.? Btw, 170K for Arlo on Friday (Italy). Projection: 470K Sat, 570K Sun (high jump due to many schools being closed on Monday). It might end up beating only the first Toy Story.

Purple Minion
Deadline With a $28.7M start, and $84.27M globally, TGD notably had strong openings in the UK ($4.3M), Mexico ($3.6M), France ($3.2M), Argentina ($2.2M), and Russia ($2.1M). Of those, TGD loped in at No. 1 in Mexico, Argentina and Russia, knocking Mockingjay from its perch.
Omni
Simply awful! How low can this go? At least some "good" news in Italy: huge jump on Saturday (670K, close to +300% from Fri) and 6/7M euros somehow possible.

movieboner
I think the Dinosaur hype isn't out of the stratosphere, unless it's a popular franchise like Jurassic Park. It goes to show that wom is very important for a film. Inside Out had stellar reviews and attracted a huge audience. Spectre, Mockingjay Part 2, and TGD underperformed due to mixed reviews. Creed is overperforming due to great reviews.
