I advise everyone to look up bootlegs of TLK's complete score on Youtube since the official release only includes four tracks (five on some international versions) which are mere edits of several key sequences. I haven't seen A Few Dollars More in a long time, but that was different from what I expected. The first two minutes don't even sound western-y at all. The biggest recurring motif in the film is a music tune from a pocketwatch which has big importance for two of the three main characters (though we don't learn about its importance to one of them until the duel scene).
