Passion of the Christ is glorified violence porn with no emotion other than making me cringe. Whatever. It is a fantastical story so maybe I shouldn't have expected much.

I completely agree with that first part. I hated the passion, also I was 13 when I saw it and it creeped the shit out of me.

Totally agree on Passion of The Christ.

The movie is so powerful and I am as atheist as you can get.

Mel Gibson is a fantastic director and Braveheart and Apocalypto are amazing as well.

So far Baumer, it's a good list. Passion of The Christ is an extremely well made movie, even if it's subject material isn't something I'm especially interested in.
