No, why? I thought it was supposed to be really good.

It was really good to me. But I can see why it wouldn't appeal to a much broader demo. The story was straight forward, no twists and not a lot of special effects.

I actually loved it and will see it again before it leaves theaters.

50 Shades really fell off after OW. Most expected it though. Kingsman had incredible staying power. Good to see that these days.

Yeah, everyone predicted 50 Shades would open super big and then plummet quickly, but I don't think anyone thought Kingsman would have the awesome legs it's been showing

Anybody have any guesses on why Cinderella's multiplier isn't the best?

Not exciting enough to keep the littlest kids attention. No parents want to take a kid(s) to a movie that can't stay still out of boredom/lack of interest.

I know it's early, but FF7 is gaining speed away from The Hunger Games... could it actually cross 400M? :o

That's probably the maximum we could expect. It's possible, but not likely. It's more likely to finish in the 350-370 range.

I haven't gone to the movies in a while. Hope I can catch a good one this weekend.

Good movies in the theaters this weekend include Kingsman, Furious 7, and It Follows. (Though It Follows won't appeal to everyone.)

What is with Hollywood and their current insecurity with movie titles? You know, I remember a time when the original Star Wars trilogy was simply Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Now they are Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, etc. Ugh.

/rant

It was but a brief moment in time.  Wasn't it called Star Wars Episode IV:A New Hope for the 1981 release?
