Warner Bros. is expanding its growing animation unit beyond Lego properties.

Andy Samberg and Kelsey Grammer have been tapped to voice star in Storks, an animated feature being co-directed by Nicholas Stoller and Doug Sweetland, the latter behind the Oscar-nominated short Presto.

Warners has also set a release date of Sept. 23, 2016

While no plot lines were delivered, the studio promises “a fresh and funny look at the fable behind storks.”

Storks has been development for ages but I guess it's progressing faster than Ninjago hence why WB have given it a 2016 release.

WB still has a film scheduled for February 9th 2018, I imagine it'll be either SmallFoot, Adventure Time, The Flintstones or The Jetsons.

Looks like the animation department from Sony?

Doesn't have its own unique visual style, in that sense.

Also the stork looks like a seagull.

Looks like Lord/Miller style. Look at "Clone High" and "Cloudy".

Cute trailer... interesting that one of the TWO characters featured was a woman yet the voices listed (which included Grammer) were all male... um ok?
