It's basically a biopic about two assholes one of whom is slightly less of an asshole(Miles Teller).  It explores the ugly underbelly of contractors supplying the War on Terror but doesn't really leave you with any kind of profound message.

 

The funniest bit was a guy playing "Don't Fear the Reaper" at a retirement home.
