I enjoyed the last one, even if it forgot that what made the original JP so great was that it's a monster/horror movie. 

 

And I like Bayona.

Genuinely surprised at how poor that trailer is. The movies may be bad but, like Snyder films, should at least provide great promo material. They don't even make Malcolm's inclusion exciting - he's just suddenly there, near the beginning for what no doubt is his only scene.

 

Also, fucking LOL at the idea Claire cares that much about the dinos now. That throwaway scene of her feeling bad about the wounded one in the previous film couldn't have known how much emotional legwork it was going to be doing for the entire sequel setup.

(Sighs) To those numbnuts who thinks this film won’t even do blockbuster-numbers.....you gotta be kidding me. You gotta be fucking kidding me! 

I mean...sure it’ll inevitably drop....but not to the point where it kills off the franchise....like some thought JP3 did. It’s never going to be ”Terminator Genisys” all over again. That one was doomed from start...even though that film did respectively fine WW-wise.

 

I don’t buy those ”This will be the one of the big financial underperformers of next summer”. They’re just assumptions from those who think the trailer is not worth it. Just so the nay-sayers can try to be right.....desperately right. I say ”desperately”, because they think they want it to fall....since this trailer wasn’t good for them. And maybe they are getting the bad movie they expected.

 

I mean, what’s next? Someone who just assumes this won’t do $300M DOM either? I know some people who would dare to go that unrealistically low. And i know who exactly would do this. Wanna know who? 

 

Yeah, yeah....laugh here. Laugh, you nay-sayers about why i think those who underestimate this harshly. I don’t give a crap.

Not as good as the original JW trailer of course, but I have no doubt the hype will be there before release. Universal are very successful at marketing their big franchises globally, and there's much we haven't seen yet. Future teasers/trailers should properly focus on the darker and more suspenseful tone in this film.

Plot isnt very clear but it’s the first teaser, same with Avengers 3.  

 

Looks like we get it here in the UK over 2 weeks before the US (June 7 vs June 22).

Mixing destruction porn and dinos. There is no better indication this should have just been left alone. If the awful first one wasn't indication enough. But of course this was always bound to make too much money to be left alone.

 

I do feel sorry for the dinos either being swallowed by the cloud or falling into the ocean. Can't wait to be told how this mirrors the end of life and the real dinos before life finds its way... LOL.

I love that the T-Rex is still the hero in this. Time and again that dinosaur has saved everyone's asses, all for shits and giggles.

What? Sorry but deal with other people's opinions. I think a lot of trailers here are liked or even hyped as well. 

And of course opinions here will not "necessarily reflect" the GA's opinion. I guess that is common knowledge and does not have to be posted under every negative comment.

Hey, im like the biggest JP fan but this trailer was edited terribly. It just isnt good. I can absolutely understand why some people (unlike me who gets hyped if they show only the shadow of a dinosaur) think this looks underwhelming.

 

Doesnt change the fact im hyped as fuck though.
